By far one of the best shampoo I tried in my life and I tried a lot. I used to use fiber x pro from L'Oreal and I think this could be better for my hair. It is a bit on the pricey side, but worth the money. Also, the scent was little over for my preference.

I’ve never written a review for any shampoo or conditioner because I’ve never gotten actual results. But this shampoo and conditioner work. The shampoo leaves my hair so soft and shiny while the conditioner moisturizes my hair without leaving my hair oily. I’ve used them for only two weeks and I’m so impressed. I can’t wait for future results. I have seen my hair improve so much in just two weeks. I was hesitant at first because I read some reviews stating that their hair fell? I think that’s just their hair and nothing to do with the actual shampoo and conditioner. I love these products.

My husband has used for 6 months and it prevent losing hair. I knew castor oil helps for growth hairs, (my friends has new baby hair on the front line of the hair, and asked what types of shampoo she used, she answered that she’s using castor oil. ) so I had my husband to try this shampoo. This works for him at first, and steadly his hair root has power to hold the hair. Will use this product until he finds better one!

I was skeptical about this shampoo since I've tried many that never worked. I wanted to give it a fair amount of time to work and I was very surprised because it really is working (purchased it May 2019). I was losing hair by the hand full and at a fast pace. Vitamins only worked if I took them and I would forget all the time other shampoos have a bad smell and dried out my hair. However, this shampoo doesn't do that, it leaves my hair soft, the smell is lovely and it doesn't overwhelm my sensitive nose. The directions say to wash your hair everyday, but many hair dressers advice not to because you strip your scalp of the natural oils it produces and needs, ask a professional if you don't believe me. So, I only wash my hair with warm water twice a week with this shampoo. Then I leave it on for three minutes as the directions say and then I rince it off with cool water, this closes the hair pores to leave in the moisture. In just a few uses I noticed the difference in my drain and my hairbrush because there was hardly any hair falling. Even my husband notice that the drain wasn't full of my hair! My existing hair is not thicker, but the new hair that is growing is thicker than before and a lot more is growing. The bald spots in my head are filling up nicely. I love this shampoo and I will continue to purchase it. The first picture I took it in the beginning of May 2019 and the second picture I took end of June 2019. I wrote this very detailed review because I appreciate when other people do, it sure helps me a lot and I hope it helps someone else too!

I bought this shampoo because I read that Castor Oil Stimulates Hair Growth. On its own, Castor Oil is very thick and hard to work into hair. It is not like you can use it easily. So after buying plain Castor Oil, I forgot about it, but then remembered when I was looking up ingredients that aid hair. There were those two words again: Castor Oil. Like if you don't want to go totally bald, use castor oil. So I thought, why not look for a shampoo made from castor oil? Bingo~ While I do not believe I am losing hair faster than normal, I thought it would be nice to give my scalp some extra help. So far, the shampoo is wonderful without being overly sudsy, which is not necessarily a recommendation. I like the smell and texture. I will very likely buy some again. Why buy the cheapest stuff if you like your hair to look nice?

So far, I have used this shampoo for about 2 weeks and have noticed that I have baby hairs growing but, I have been trying different methods of hair growth prior to using the shampoo. This shampoo does leave your hair very shiny and not in a bad way! Since I have thin hair, my hair gets oily and I usually prefer my hair to have as little shine or oil as possible but, this shampoo leave my hair shiny and healthy looking! The reason why I gave this 4 stars is because I have noticed a few extra strands of hair falling out. nothing too crazy but I would say a little more than usual. again, this can be due to stress or other factors but, i am not ruling out the shampoo itself. I will continue to use this product and hope that i have finally found a great shampoo that is going to help make my hair healthy without too many chemicals.

I have been using the castor oil combo (shampoo, conditioner and the oil) for a couple of weeks now. I have noticed my hair feels softer and healthier. I have even had friends comment on how fast my hair is growing. I have been using the oil on my hair and skin as well. I had a reaction to a skin product previous to using this. My face was red, dry and scaly and after using the oil and a gentle cleansing face wash my skin looks better than it did before my reaction. I love this stuff!

I am very happy with this product. My hair was falling out at a pretty fast rate and it was terribly distressing. I had no idea why. I would have tried anything and was worried my worrying was causing it to fall out faster. Found out that I had very low ferritin levels, with correcting that and the use of this shampoo after about 4 months I have lots of new growth and even the texture of my hair has improved significantly. I am not sure how much of each (Iron supplements and Shinyleaf), were responsible for the improvement, but I plan to continue to use this shampoo for a very long time. Don't self diagnose hair loss, see a good dermatologist, but for sure this helps, I am a believer!!

I shampoo daily because I have combination skin and hair (oily roots with dry ends). Most of the time I air dry my hair. I also use a wooden comb on my hair. The combination appears to be working.

My hair is definitely starting to thin and I was in search of a castor oil shampoo, I had tried straight castor oil on my head and it's messy, greasy, and unmanageable. I tried one other one and this one was way better in all aspects, I can't tell if it's really helping my thinning hair but it feels wonderful, is super soft and healthy.I don't write reviews very much but I wanted to convey how happy I am with this shampoo, they have great products. Also I was very surprised the other day I forgot to use conditioner and my hair felt like it was condition with just the shampoo highly recommended you won't regret it.

This product is amazing. It cleaned my scalp and my hair looks beautiful. My hair feels soft and shiny and my hair looks great. I had some split ends and breakage occurring and this shampoo is fixing all that. When I brush my hair I only have a few hairs now in my brush. Also the broken ends are looking better and my hair feels stronger. This is a wonderful product and I highly recommend it. I looked a reviews and people were right to rate this product so highly. This is the best shampoo I've ever used in my life. I have been using this consistently for about 6 months now and my hair has grown so long. My hair looks healthy and alive, it feels and smells amazing! The price is not a problem for me because I'm paying for quality. Do I wish the bottle was bigger? Yes. My hair is super dry and I have low protein from cancer treatments so I've been trying different products. I didn't care for the tea tree products I tried about a year ago and I settled on plain organic coconut oil which I also use on my face. The shiney leaf shampoo and conditioner are doing a great job. I got my hair shortened so I could start with the best hair I could have. I've been very happy. I only wash my hair about 3 times a week and there is no oily look after a few days. My hair looks and feels healthier and I'm also loosing far less hair in the shower, just a few strands instead of a clump. So, Yes. I love your product. I also got the oil that comes with the eyelash wand. It is also helping them and I use it on my eyebrows too.

I recently ruined my hair by stripping it to blonde from dark brown. I thought I was going to have to shave my hair off! It's really amazing product, works just right away. After the first use, my hair became extremely soft and so manageable like almost never before. And it smells very good too. I was concerned a bit about the smell, castor oil and all that, but it smells much better then I expected. Very good product. Can't say for hair grow yet, use it only for a week, but I hope that will work too. The only thing I would like to be improved - is the bottle top, I usually prefer the ones with the pump, they are so easy to use, such improvement will just make the product perfect.

My hair was feeling dry from using a flat iron. I have been trying to grow it out and always end up cutting it short because it breaks off and dries out. I tried this shampoo and it made my hair feel great! It has a nice smell and lather. My hair has even been feeling dry when wet, but not with this! I love it! I will update my review in a few months to tell if it grows better. I did not buy the conditioner. I was afraid it would be too heavy. I am going to buy it now that I??ve tried the shampoo.

As far as actually growing your hair, I can’t really say because I’ve only been using it a few weeks but I do believe my hair is thicker… I am trying to re-grow my hair after shaving it. It is not thick and concentrated Like most shampoos. You only need a little bit and it has an absolute amazing lather!!

A little hesitant to purchase. I keep bright colored hair, like right now it’s blue. I always worry about shampoos stripping the color out. I can say this has not stripped out color, hair feels a lot cleaner after use and helps with frizz. I’m now planning on purchasing the conditioner to with this shampoo

Castor oil has very well known hair enhancing traits and a couple of months ago I bought a bottle of organic castor oil from Amazon to try. Pure castor oil is not easy to use if you are not familiar with it. Took me a few tries to use it but it was too much work. This shampoo, however, is amazing. You use it the same as a normal shampoo just leaving it on your hair for a couple of minutes before washing off. It works great! The thing that I love the most about it isn't the great benefits of castor oil, it is the fact that this shampoo has a great scent. It is light and not overwhelming, smells very natural and leaves my hair feeling clean for days.

I have tried many shampoos that are sulfate free, no chemicals, all natural, with all kinds of oils, green tea extracts, lemon & coconut in them, etc.... But this shampoo leaves a shine in my hair that no other of the much more expensive & multitudes of shampoos I have bought on Amazon. Plus, it does a great job of controlling itching & any flaking one might have on his or her scalp. I frankly am skeptical of almost all 5 star shampoo reviews on Amazon, but believe me, this is about the 20th different shampoo I have bought on Amazon trying to give shine to my hair while controlling minor flaking of the scalp, & it 100% delivers. Plus, it has a very nice scent. I don't know. It must be the Castor Oil, as that is the ingredient this shampoo has as its major benefit, & no other shampoos sold on Amazon I have seen have. Loving this Shiny Leaf Cold Pressed Castor Oil shampoo! I bought it at the recommendation of someone I know, who had nothing but great things to say about it. ! I'm African America, so I don't wash my hair every day as recommended but have made it a point to wash more than I may normally have, without drying out my hair, and am loving the results that I'm seeing so far. It does not dry out your hair and has absolutely already began making an impact in the overall appearance and texture of my hair. Would definitely say it seems to be working.

I really like this shampoo. It smells great and it works well. After a few uses, I already was seeing a difference in my hair. After using it a few times, my hair was super shiny from the castor oil in the shampoo. I love the shine, and I love that it provided both shine and volume for me. My hair is super flat, so I always look for a shampoo that adds to the volume that I typically lack. I also tend to get some frizz, which the castor oil helped control. Shiny Leaf shampoo gets two thumbs up from me. The fragrance lasts beyond the shower, which is another nice bonus. One other thing I really liked about it is its organic, vegan, and doesn't test on animals. To me, these are all huge factors that make me love a brand more, as when I am able to, I try to use brands that don't test on animals.

Been using this for about 10 days and it's been working great! My last one stopped working so it was time to look for a new one. Did some research and found that castor oil helps hair grow faster. As you can see from the before and after pictures, there's a small change but it's small enough to make a difference. My hair in the crown area looks and feels a lot fuller. Even when doing my hair, no more teasing so you can see my scalp. Very happy with these results. So glad I came across this shampoo.

I have noticed my hair is less frizzy and less dry especially in the cooler and drier air. I will look into getting the conditioner now too. I bought this for my daughter to use since her hair has some damage from coloring and she was getting ready to do a color change again. My hair has been thinning out recently and usually, when I wash it I lose large clumps of hair. I still lost some hair using this product (as I always do) but it was notably less than my previous shampoo. It also doesn’t strip all the natural oils from my hair. Leaves it clean, soft and easy to manage.

Great smell! All I needed was a very small amount it rinsed easily and left my hair very manageable, soft and shiny. I like it, I like it a lot. ?

Was a little skeptical at first. My hair was shedding really bad and was dry and brittle. I have been using the castor oil shampoo for 3 months and can really tell the difference in my hair condition. There is no more shedding or breakage.
